If you don't like the word "fusion" then try what I'm calling it: "mashups." And it goes for delivery style too; for example, I recently had BBQ tacos. Barbecued smoked meats and other ingredients, but in a flour or corn wrap, like a taco or burrito. So, using the delivery method of a different cuisine. Regarding what I think #10 is... I think it's ceramic/pottery tableware. I have gotten nonstop ads for cool, rustic looking pottery plates and other culinary vessels.

So you are telling us that cooks would rather work 5 days a week for the *same* pay as 4 longer days? 5x9 hours vs 4 x 11 hours for example. If it's 4 days but only at 80% pay, then of course they don't want that. Also, most cooks probably feel pressured to work 5 days because that is the existing culture and schedule that their restaurant needs. There is just way too much in this topic to skip over it so quickly and with so little consideration.

I prefer 4 longer days. as long as I am paid the same hourly... I dont see an issue. Being a pastry chef the 4 longer days lends itself better for pastry
