What’s happening in this Cult of Chucky movie clip?
One of the Chuckys having transferred his soul into Nica (Fiona Dourif from The Purge) , it gives her body the ability to walk again. She then stomps on Foley's (Michael Therriault) head, using high heels that Foley had given Nica earlier, killing him. She stumbles upon Malcolm (Adam Hurtig), who confesses having killed Nurse Ashley, and is subsequently killed by Madeleine's Chucky.

What’s the “Cult of Chucky” movie about?
Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif from The Purge) is confined to an asylum for the criminally insane because she is wrongly convinced to have murdered her entire family when Chucky is actually the author of these murders. The killer doll returns to terrorize Nica as well as his old enemies, with the help of his former wife.

I swearrr the poor man didn't deserve the drill through the eye. He geniunely had Multiple Identity Disorder and should have been treated instead of being subjected to the top 4 most gruesome demises in the franchise (alongside doctor Foley, Madeline from the same movie and Ian from the curse of chucky)

You know what's sad is I don't think Dr.foley never once saw the doll alive because most victims saw the doll alive right before Chucky killed them. I bet he was very shocked that Nica was finally walking and thought she killed him. I bet he blamed her for his death. Anyway he had it coming since other patients and nurses were already killed. Nica,Andy and Claire all try to warn him but he didn't listen and care.He didn't believed them. If Chucky somehow exposed himself to him as a doll right before killing him I'm sure he would've totally regret everything he did
