Cumin Curry youtube channel is for food lovers like you all who wants to learn about food recipes. In this cooking youtube video i have shown how to make karachi biscuits recipe. These eggless cookies are very tasty and easy biscuit recipe. You can call it as tutti fruity biscuit recipe as well. Its bit fruity and buttery in texture. You can make these eggless karachi biscuits recipe within few minutes.In this video i have shown two ways to make it, first with oven and second without oven also. Karachi Biscuits Ingredients
1 cup/120 gram Gehu ka Atta, Wholewheat flour
( Can use Maida/AP flour as well )
1/3 Cup/60 gram Ghee, Butter
1/2 cup/90 gram pisi Chini, sugar powder
2 Tbsp chopped Kaju, cashews
2 Tbsp chopped Pista
2 Tbsp Badam, Almonds
1/2 tsp baking Powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Ilaychi powder, green cardamom powder
2 Tbsp Milk powder
4-5 drops of pineapple essence (optional)
1/4 cup tutti fruitti
2 Tbsp vanilla fruit custard powder
For Milk Wash
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp butter

I made them and they turned out just awesome. Didn't use pineapple essence and tutti fruity but still they turned out to be awesome. Milk powder, elachi and custard powder are key flavouring ingredients. 👌 Thank you so much for the recipe.

Absolutely delicious biscuits. I just baked them and no one could tell they are home made. Taste exactly like they are from Karachi bakery. I just didn't add elaichi powder and instead of pineapple essence used vanilla essence. Also didn't have tutti frutti.

These biscuits turned out perfect except for the sugar level - they were way too sweet. The custard powder already has sugar in too. I would suggest to anyone making these who dont like it too sweet - to use just 1 quarter cup sugar (not half cup), that way the rest of the recipe will be balanced. You can also use a standard baking sheet/tray greased with butter if you dont have paper, as the biscuits didnt stick. All in all they turned out delicious bar the sugar.
