5 ай бұрынHey guys. What a fun time I had making a journal for my partner and receiving one from Crystal! Check out her channel for the journal I made for her! So sorry I didn’t show the extra box of goodies.. when I cut the camera, I had a coughing fit and decided my voice needed to rest.

What a beautiful journal from Crystal ❤ love the decoupage and gesso pages . Awesome tuck spots and pockets. The cover and tassel is gorgeous. Crystal really created a treasure for you. Hugs & Moochies my sweet friend 🤗🤗💋💋🐘🐘

Yes. I haven’t gesso’d on pages before but she made it look so pretty, I might try it in my farm journals, which is my current project(s).

Thanks for making me look good, Sierra! It was a fun swap! The bandana print is tissue paper and the El Arroyo bit is a cocktail napkin. The heart pattern is a stencil. That's a real vintage rolodex card with a modern "vintage" pattern ladies print attached. I know the rolodex card is vintage because I'm the original owner. The old-fashioned printed paper folded up into pockets is indeed Tim Holtz. The binding method is "twine binding" and you can indeed remove those signatures.

Such a lovely journal. I love the variety of papers, yet it still feels cohesive. I love valentines aesthetic, which is weird because I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day. The markup on roses is ridiculous, among other things. I do however celebrate Half Price Valentines Chocolate Day tomorrow. 😂❤❤
