To get a better polyline which shows outlines of the place you captured, you need to take more photos following our shooting instruction; support.cupix.com/solution/articles/27000046131-how-to-take-360-photos-videos#edit. You may not obtain a clear polyline you expect since it depends on many conditions such as the number of features or the structure of the place. The polyline is just a reference, and if you want a more accurate floor plan, you need to align a real floor plan to the polyline and create an interactive floor plan as you see in the video. Hi, Jan. Thanks for leaving a comment. For the multi-level places like cruise ships, you need to upload images separately. For example, add photos of the 1st floor to the section 1, and make another section for the photos of the 2nd floor. Photos in the same section will be processed and aligned together automatically, but you need to merge the different sections manually. Here are more details of how to merge sections. Hi, Tom. Thanks for writing in. That's a brilliant idea to attach a sound file! I'll bring this idea to our next meeting and consider adding this feature in our future update. To add links in your tour, click 'Insert object'-'Pushpin' and type description. Select the text and click the link icon. The standard upload time per photo is dependent on your network capacity and condition. Normally, it takes only a few seconds for uploading. Please note that keep the uploading page in front while updating. Otherwise, the tab will be deactivated and the entire process will stop. The average processing is about 10-15 minutes for 10 photos, but it takes more time to process a large amount of photo.

Once you click the VR mode, it splits the view in two. If you stare the spot you want to go for a couple of seconds while wearing your headset, then you can move to that place.

Hi, Roshan. You can unlock screen portrait orientation and rotate your phone to view the 3D tour in full-screen. Or, you might want to try full-screen browsers such as this one which works well and forces the browser to occupy the entire screen. I mean when I rotate my phone in chrome or any browser then also I am unable to see that in the full screen as there is no any option of full screen in mobile but I got that feature in desktop.... So can't you add that full screen feature in mobile also because my clients will not download any special browsers for it.... On rotating it still shows browser link on uper side for full screen...

Currently, we don't support Spanish, but we will consider it when more Spanish users use our app. As for the transfer ownership feature you requested, changes are not applied until you click save or go to the Review tab so you can edit the published 3D tour freely.

Cupix , hey guys so i added you guys as collaborators. Just to be clear, im using same camera to take all my photos. But when i upload the pics all the little circles on floor plan that represent camera locations, some circles end up close to the room and a few go through the floor, i would like to move each camera angle seperately, but it keeps trying to move all at a time. Just wanna move one around at a time. And i want the dots even across the floor, not higher or lower.

And mine doesnt seem to be auto generating a floor plan like in the video here.

To move each station separately, you need to upload each station section by section, but we don't recommend this way when it comes to the scenes like this; house. (If you cover a large-scale place, then that could be useful). The bottom line is, you need to take more photos to get a better result. We'll send you more details via your email.

That 3D tour is about 650MB and consists of 52 photos. We took photos with a DSLR so the average file size of each image is 10MB and that's why the 3D tour size is considerably big. However, if you want to save up your storage space, you can compress the files size while maintaining the image quality.
