In our house, this dish really favors on the table, not only because of its quick and uncomplicated preparation, but also because of its wonderful taste 😊.
Made easy, no beating eggs or other extra steps. I put everything in one bowl, grind with a blender and bake in the oven! Isn't it great?
And baked pastries will pleasantly surprise not only with its taste and structure, but also with a very pleasant and seductive aroma!
I baked the cake in a pop-up cake tin 20cm in diameter, but it is not necessary at all, a different baking tin or baking dish is also suitable.
When baking, the cakes rise strongly, and when removed from the oven, they lower slightly, but this must be the case. There’s really no need to worry because the taste doesn’t really hurt because of it!

600g curd 9%
100g of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
salts
100g of Greek yogurt
35g of semolina
3 eggs
lemon peel
Baking tins 20cm in diameter
