This video is the second part of a two-part series exploring the incredible speculative biology project of Snaiad: a planet teeming with incredible alien life. Snaiad was created by C.M. Kosemen - an expectational artist and the creator of 'All Tomorrows.' As usual, I have links below where you can follow and support his work.
When we left off, we’d visited many of the basic lifeforms on Snaiad. Now, it’s time to study aliens of greater sizes and stranger biology - in a journey that will reveal secrets from Snaiad’s mysterious past, and perhaps its unexpected future with humans… and even some never-before-seen images from Kosemen’s upcoming book!

I like the new drawings how they depict the second head and mouth parts. From what I've been watching originally those seemed to have a phallic appearance (whale, turtle, lizard, otherwise etc.) and The new drawings definitely look a lot more natural for what I would speculate! Love it!

The fact that land animals have vastly different uses for their second heads than sea creatures suggests that most non-extinct sea creatures actually evolved from land creatures instead of the sea creatures to land creatures system that Earth has.

The ones shown here did, but so did whales. The ancestors that first came onto land looked more like sea cucumbers with 8 hydraulic legs. The traditional equivalent to fish are more like insects in anatomy, and the project author only ever detailed the “vertebrates”.
