I'm a 35 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life - whether that's the day-to-day stuff, motherhood, recipes, or all that other stuff that makes me, me. I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best mate, and we have three children, Bill, Daisy and Stanley, and they seem to be growing up so darn fast these days. We have a golden retriever called Merlin, and two cats called Romeo and Elsa and...hang on, this is sounding a bit like a kid's essay at school isn't it? Sorry about that! I have the tendency to ramble a bit. Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
As for this channel, you might find everything from food videos, clothing hauls, home updates, vlogs now and again, and some topics close to my heart, such as coparenting, mental health, hearing loss and Stickler Syndrome too. I am a very average mum, but I try my absolute best at whatever I do, and hopefully you enjoy following along!

I was 60 a few weeks ago and when I was diagnosed with long COVID 3 years ago I was offered a 12 weeks NHS referral to a gym with one on one teaching and a class once a week . To say exercise has changed my life is an understatement so I fully understand your enthusiasm. I am also a soft summer and my skin glows whenever I wear blue . Loved this vlog

Hazel! I am so proud of you! I bet you feel amazing - I’ve spoken to a few people with long covid and it’s absolutely devastating for them, so I think what you are doing is amazing. You badass lady! I am exactly the same - pinks, blues, lilacs and I am like a different woman! xx

Ah thank you lovely. That’s very kind of you. ❤️ I am really looking forward to watching another episode tomorrow, I’m hooked and it’s such an easy watch as well. At the moment I am mainly sticking with cardio for my heart health, but I do some strength training as well. I usually do 45 minutes on the cross trainer (on level 16 and on a cross training programme on the machine that ups the resistance and makes me work harder) and then, if I have time, I will do mainly arms as my legs get a lot of strength from the cross trainer! But you can do ANYTHING that makes YOU feel good! xx

I’m just about to watch fat friends but not at the gym lol I have just started at the gym it’s my second week I’m starting slowly with just one day a week and then going to up it. We are the same age and I’m done with all the diet culture I have done them all, going to try some protein powers to see what I like. Thank you for the video 😁

Aww it's so good to see you happier and some great recommendations I want to try. I would love to join a gym as haven't set foot in one since I had my eldest son over 16 years ago but anxiety is making it hard to take that first step xx

I really, really understand that feeling Sammy. I was the same! My best advice, if you don’t mind me sharing it, is trying a leisure centre, and not one of the more serious gyms. I find the atmosphere has been much more suited to me and being able to feel comfortable there. Plus, I can also recommend going first thing in the morning when it’s a bit quieter, if that’s an option for you. But honestly, I was terrified on my first day back, but now, I’ve got gym acquaintances who say good morning to me and even tell me how well I’m doing. And it’s such a happy place to be, well, most of the time. Sometimes I still feel like I’m dying midway through a workout, but I think that’s normal! 😂 xxx

I think that's the problem initially, there's so many gyms where I live and choosing the right one is a mind field so thanks for your input. I'm 45 and need to take care of myself better as it's been about everyone else for 16 years and I'm exhausted and not the best version of myself. Thanks for inspiring me. I know it will have huge benefits .I Will hopefully take that leap soon! Do you take the protein drink before or after the gym? Have a lovely week xx

That’s a really good idea. I think sometimes my brain is stuck and I have to stay busy. It doesn’t bother me all day every day, but mainly just when I try and relax. It really annoys me! xx

I use the loreal miracle oil stuff aswell. My hair is wavy too. I use an anti chafe stick called glide. I love your favourite videos

I use the loreal miracle oil shampoo and conditioner (orange bottles) on my daughters hair, it has been life changing for her tangles!!! Her hair is very similar to daisy's. I must try the oil too x

Ahhh thank you! I think I am starting to feel a bit more myself in the last few weeks. I felt a bit lost in grief and I didn’t really know how to present myself on here. And honestly - I have learned after YEARS of hating parts of my body, that my thighs will always touch regardless of my size. And so I might as well just celebrate them for the cuddly besties that they are! Megababe is so good though. Really recommend that. xxx

Why would you watch youtube with kids around? In my view the you are missing the point. You might reconsider your watching habits instead of “educating” Charlotte
