When I started using magnesium oil and realized na yung mga pinapahid sa skin is nagpepenetrate talaga sa skin into the blood streams in minutes, I stopped using store-bought cosmetics. With ketovore diet, unang effect sakin was healthy looking skin. I was healthy before, ma jogging, ma exercise, hustler like you - until I suddenly wasn't. It took a chronic fatigue syndrome to wake me up and drop sugar and cosmetics. Was skeptical about consuming natural fats until I had nothing to lose. If okay ako, I won't dare. So when I dived into it, grabe ang positive effect on my health. From bed-bound to being able to walk around outside my house on my own. Slow but sure health improvements with food and dropping those chemicals. Hope you'll be advocate of natural products instead of those..

Hi Ms. Thea, I've been your subscriber for more than 3 years or so (if my memory serves me right). And up to this day, manghang mangha ako doon sa shinare mo na spreadsheet na parang finance tracker, and am not gonna lie, as a person who is about to *fingers crossed* depart from academia soon, mejo na lulula ako sa paggamit appropriately ng spreadsheet. I feel like you are the right person to ask about this, papaano po kayo naging ganon ka galing when it comes to creating spreadsheet na very intricate and at the same time ang ganda lang. Would you mind po na mag create ng content about spreadsheet for beginners to intermediary? HAHA, i feel like ito po kasi ang stressor naming mga papalabas na ng skwela lol. Hahahaha omg i know right?? 45min kasi yan originally tapos naging 30+min nung nagcut cut ako ng daldal in between pati pauses. Tapos down to less than 20min nung nagremove ng ibang items :))))

The one I use now is the Tefal IXEO steamer. Medj pricey, but for the typical iron with steamer, I highly recommend the Tefal Ultragliss. It's the best iron I've tried. My sister now uses my Ultragliss and gandang ganda rin sila. :)
