I'm a 35 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life - whether that's the day-to-day stuff, motherhood, recipes, or all that other stuff that makes me, me. I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best mate, and we have three children, Bill, Daisy and Stanley, and they seem to be growing up so darn fast these days. We have a golden retriever called Merlin, and two cats called Romeo and Elsa and...hang on, this is sounding a bit like a kid's essay at school isn't it? Sorry about that! I have the tendency to ramble a bit. Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
As for this channel, you might find everything from food videos, clothing hauls, home updates, vlogs now and again, and some topics close to my heart, such as coparenting, mental health, hearing loss and Stickler Syndrome too. I am a very average mum, but I try my absolute best at whatever I do, and hopefully you enjoy following along!

Hope everything is OK? I spent alot of time in hospital due to pprom so I know how hard it is. Things like this really do help. My baby is 6 months now xx

This is such a comforting video. My Grandad passed away on Sunday and it’s been ever so sad. Hoping for brighter months ahead.

Oh Emily. I’m so, so sorry. Things do get a little gentler in time. It’s been about six weeks since we lost my grandad and while I still often cry, and miss him very much, I feel more at peace since his funeral. For now, be gentle with yourself, do what feels right, and know that I am so sorry. I’ll be thinking of you and sending you strength through the coming weeks. xx

Hi Charlotte I have the same sol de janiero 59 and am loving it… you will love the body cream which is honestly vanilla ice cream… the spray reminds me of Maison Francis Kurkdijian Oud Satin Mood… another fav! the mascara is fantastic too x

I got a two pack of non wired sports bras from M&S and find them really comfy and supportive. They don’t do those exact ones now but worth trying some of theirs. Well done for keeping up the exercise! I really want to get into doing some more strength training as I do a couple of cardio things (dance, netball) but don’t feel very strong. I just can’t face driving to the gym at rush hour but suck at keeping up with exercise by myself so probably need to bite the bullet and commit to a class and build from there 😊

Oh thank you! I’ve bought a few but keep sending them back as I don’t like the fit of them and they don’t feel supportive enough. If you have the chance to try Body Pump I’d really, really recommend it! It’s a great way to introduce yourself to weights and it’s nice being part of a group too. xx

I workout four times a week for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how much time I have that day. I started in October, and moved up gradually, with a Christmas lull, and have been consistent now since January. I hope that helps! xx
