Or after waking up. I feel sluggish at least for 2 hours after waking up. I need time to adjust to life before exerting myself. Some light stretching is good though

Reflux is a sign for magnesium deficiency. Please get good supplements because it's also very important for good heart function! 🥰

Honestly, this is one of the few "morning routine" videos that I actually like! Even though the details might be fancy (such as the food and the actual workout) the list itself is easy to follow and healthy. Thank you for this! I feel like people can take this list and create their own versions of each item to fit their lifestyle.

When I used to start work at 7:00 I was waking up at 4:30 to start my morning routine. Lasted 2 months because I couldn't handle some couple issues at this time but it's absolutely possible !

Trying to make excuses that it's OK to not brush your teeth every day, drink water, make your bed, and walk is not a means for "kindness," when you're literally enabling people to lack the complete basic human functions.

@@justfacts9649Some people struggle with really bad depression who cant do these daily functions. Yes it is beneficial to include these because they can make you feel productive, some people feel so bad they can’t discipline themselves. Let them take it slow sometimes.

Наглядный пример во что превращается культ продуктивности. Теперь люди не просто пишут свои реальные задачи, а вписывают туда что то по типу: сходить в туалет, почистить зубы и проч., чтобы вычеркнуть побольше пунктиков и сказать самому себе: какой я продуктивный:)

Большинство в основном независимых людей (редко вы будете) Запишите то, что им нужно сделать.чувствовать себя более организованным. Есть люди с проблемами, которым трудно выполнять простые задачи, а есть Анна, у которой есть свой распорядок дня и она организует себя с помощью заказов. и постарайтесь ничего не забыть и выполнить все задания в порядке. Прицеливание - это нормально, круто. Таким образом, вы не только чувствуете себя хорошо, ничего не пропуская, но и следите за тем, чтобы все делали по порядку. Кларито?

My morning routine: stand up at 5:15, put on my clothes, put the dishes out of the dishwasher, make breakfast for 5, make lunch boxes for 3 schoolkids, feed 2 cats, drink coffee, drive 50 minutes to work.

I like it and I do it too. That way you feel accomplished first thing in the morning. Plus for some people it is hard due to depression for example, specially if you have to wake up super early.
