About Rabbi Dr Akiva Tatz:
Rabbi Dr. Tatz, MD, Founder and Director of the Jerusalem Medical Ethics Forum and staff member at Ohr Somayach, is an internationally acclaimed lecturer, author and expert on Jewish thought and Philosophy. Originally from Johannesburg and currently a resident of London, Rabbi Dr. Tatz is a graduate with distinction in Surgery of the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School. After working as a doctor in both South Africa and the United States he moved to Israel where he practiced general medicine. Rabbi Dr. Tatz gives lectures to Jewish student groups and organizations worldwide, including an annual medical ethics lecture at University College London,
