Khalilah, I see you everywhere I go. It seems we watch the same types of videos. Just wishing you happiness because you seem like a very sweet person. All of your comments under travel and study videos are just so nice and encouraging. I hope you do get to visit Japan, since I am moving there as well. I hope you get to visit the beautiful Japan; it is truly a country like no others.

It feels like a dream for me, just out of reach, every time I see a video online. I had also planned to go and visit next year. At least my parents had planned to. When I had started university, the plan was originally for my parents to take me there as a graduation present after sorting everything out with enough money, but I think Covid, and all of life’s distractions have made them forget about that. Now with life suddenly coming at me like a fast moving train, I have no idea when I will finally be able to visit this beautiful land. Still though, it is my goal eventually, and I hope to make it reality, more than once.

Rivers in Japan are so tempting to dip in. Furthermore, Summer, with semi endlessly buzzing. Any matsuri there? That drone speed shot... futuristic. Great vid, Hannah. Stay safe & hydrated.

Yes the rivers are absolutely gorgeous. They really remind me of and feel equal to that of the rivers here in Europe. They remind me of the babbling streams and rivers in England and Wales with how they move overThe rocks, sand and moss under the trees with the beautiful lush greenery. The only difference is that in England we are used to hearing pigeons and birds of all kinds, whilst it seems in Japan you are more used to hearing a mix of sunbirds, with a lot of cicadas and other insects. Apparently though, in England many decades ago, this also would’ve been considered more normal, but our big population has apparently summit over the over the decades to the point that we don’t even remember it being any other way anymore. Japan is more like how it once was, plus cicadas. LOL I so long to visit someday and experience this in person.

It's funny you mentioned Brissy winters being like spring in Japan. All my Queenslander friends and family have been complaining about how cold it is this year. 😂 But it is probably back to normal now - thongs and tees. 😀 I love these Life in Japan videos (and videos like the last one as well). You've nailed just about every part of the video making process and have developed your own style. It really is quite inspiring. Thank you!

Haha yeah I heard my friends complaining a bit too but when I’d check the forecast it was like 11degrees at the minimum 😅 In comparison to the rest of the year in Brisbane, that is very cold so I understand the complaints, but after winter in Japan I now know how much worse it could be lmao

Finally someone riding a skateboard. Yeah Chris! But then I’m sure he’s not allowed to ride it everywhere. So the plant based burger has finally made it to your neck of the woods, eh? Just about every fast food place now has one on their menu! So as time goes by it’s gonna be more mainstream and available in a variety of dishes/plates/creations. Wow, how I enjoy the unique terrain of the places you visit in Japan. It might be out in the wilderness, but they maintain its natural beauty while adding the ability to get around the areas easily, as well as not harming the environment. It has a clean polished appearance, in contrast how things are here in the US with its rustic frontier look. The water ways through large rock canyons are fascinating. It’s not something I’ve seen much of before if ever. Enjoy your visit back home.
