Antz is actually a movie I feel would hit PG-13 nowadays. I went to watch it with my son when he was way younger, and had to turn it off halfway. I forgot how violent, curse-filled, and kinda fucked up that movie was. Like, there's attempted genocide, parts where people are beaten to the point of bruising and bleeding, and a whole lot more. I think it's a great movie, but maaaybe save it for kids that are a bit older rather then little little ones.

At the beggingng of video, all of the movies are PG and have profanity that doesn't belong, except for Teenage Kraken, since "flipping" is not a bad word, and Incredibles 2, since characters can say "hell" because the movie is PG, and in Antz, they can probably say anus because the movie's PG, and in Inside Out, Anger just said they were *planning* on saying a curse word, and in Puss in Boots 2, the profanity is censored in that clip. Toy Story 3: He's actually saying "Oh, Barbie", and that's what I hear. In this little compilation, there is actual profanity. Namona: Yes, whover that was said "sh*t" at the end of that movie. Thank you for making a video with actual profanity in kids stuff!

Way I see it? Curse words are used by everyone. I don't care how innocent you are. Everyone cusses at least once in their lives. Kids are gonna hear it regardless of how protective you are. A couple here and there isn't anything to whine about. Simple as that. DreamWorks understands that. Disney does not. It's also not a bad way to make these movies at least somewhat appealing to adults

Here's a movie with hinted swearing in it that was missed in both part one and two of this series: Madagascar by DreamWorks. In the first beach scene where Alex and Marty are running towards each other after falling overboard the freighter, Marty says "Oh, sugar honey ice tea!" in slow motion upon seeing Alex get angry at him. Extra thoughts on this video: The words "ass" and "jackass" in Shrek were always used to refer to Donkey as far as I'm aware. Like when Shrek says he has to "save my ass", he's referring to Donkey because he knows he's still alone somewhere in the castle, and this was prompted by Fiona when she was asking why Shrek was not going straight for the exit. For the "Oh, Barbie!" piece, I can hear either "Oh, Barbie" or "Oh F***" just by thinking it, almost like the Yanny/Laurel thing. Maybe that frequency trick was used?

In The Incredibles 2, Samual L. Jackson that plays Frozone has the "F" word come. When the baby Jack Jack turns into a monster, if you listen closely, you'll hear him say, "What the FFF!!". Instead of hearing the full word you hear the F then it's a new scene. It’s funny how Spider-Man across the spiderverse is rated pg even though there are some scenes that are pretty dark for a kids movie like the scene where the universe Miguel O’Hara messed up gets destroyed and people die it’s not entirely for kids but just rated that way because it is hard to make an animated movie look like it’s made for an older audience.

I feel like lots of kids can understand some topics in movies even though they never experienced those topics, I watched Lilo and Stitch as a kid, and I watched Jurassic Park as a child, though my experiences in childhood were different compared to my siblings cause I was facing ableism from my peers and got called the r slur by one of them. Even as a kid, I watched Beauty and The Beast, and The Lion King, pretty sure my dad introduced me to Pokemon cause I would watch Pokemon whenever I could. Bluey is also adding some mature themes to their episodes, in season one, there's an episode where Bluey and her father, Bandit, were on a walk when Bluey saw a budgie on the ground and the budgie was taken to the vet, where Bluey is later told that the budgie died, Bluey didn't know how to handle the grief so she and Bingo, her little sister, played a game re-creating the events but would get upset that Bingo, playing as the budgie, would be alive, so Chilli would explain to Bluey that you can't control things in real life and in games. There's even an episode that hints at Chilli's sister, Randy, having infertility, and that is confirmed that Chilli had a miscarriage before Bluey was born. So movies and TV shows should bring back mature topics handled perfectly for kids to understand.
