He was weak. She over did the insurance. It was tempting. He thought he had emotional reasons that were a cause to kill her. He and cohorts had low or no conscience, they were willing to bend and perform. Evil is a quick and convenient word to use, but so few define it. You only need a couple of elements to do illegal things, and several combined in this case to make a terrible outcome.

U K • Just a “man”? Lmao. So men in general are capable of doing things like this? • No normal person does this. “Just a man”, doesn’t do this. Unless they have serious psychological issues. Psychopath being one. You’re talking as if normal and regular people commit brutal murders and decide to kill their wife. No. People who are murderers, have that certain mind frame, are in fact psychotic to a certain extent. So the original commenter is most likely right. This person isn’t “just a man” who made a regular mistake. An individual who decides to murder another individual/s ARE in fact psychotic to a certain extent in most aspects. Period. Whether they have hid it well for most of their life and pretended to act normal in public, they are definitely psychotic. In order to do that, you have to have some sort of psychological disorder. Psychopath is a highly good guess for these people.

Worst hit man ever. 1) Doesn't follow simple instructions, totally gets caught in the garage and has to hide. Had well over an hour between both visits to map the place out and still manages to trip over dog dish 2) has a clean hit with a hammer and doesn't even incapacitate her, as she still manages to ask "Why?" (I am sorry that just blows my mind, how a grown man hits a woman in the side of the head with a hammer and she still manages to struggle enough for co-accused to have to intervene) 3) Sings like a bird, and testifies, against his "best friend". FAIL FAIL FAIL. Reminds me of the 3 stooges... just with different names. But the biggest fail was Mark trying to squeeze out some tears. FAIL!!!!

This Testimony, this Guy ...Murderer... was the most chilling and deeply disturbing accounting I've ever heard. His soft tones, his occasional looking over at the Jury trying to make sure he was clear and almost apologetic if he felt he left out any "helpful" details..... the State Attorney's "casual" questioning & tone didn't help either. My God - the sheer gruesome specifics & the word "blasted" & "claw end" & the psychotic, cruel Accomplice- I was so frozen in my seat I couldn't even move to shut off my computer. Evil exists. It is recorded here.
@killsing013 жыл бұрын
Notice that when Mark Sievers begins to "Cry" there is absolutely NO water, No tears at all. What we used to refer as "Crocodile Tears". It is very obvious that he felt nothing. I am sure the jury saw how Phoney this guy was.
@smite51352 жыл бұрын
That’s incorrect. So called „Crocodile Tears“ are tears which are running but not truthfully. But they are running, that’s why they are called Crocodile TEARS. Certain medical conditions can affect your ability to produce tears, including: Keratoconjunctivitis sicca This condition, more commonly called dry eye syndrome, involves a decrease in tear production. It can appear more frequently with: - age, as dry eyes are fairly common in older adulthood - diabetes - thyroid problems - rheumatoid arthritis - contact lens use - eyelid inflammation or disorders Many people make the mistake ro judge a person by its look.
