Cushion vs Flow Control Adjustment in Linear Diverts

9 жыл бұрынwww.vbssys.com | Flow control is often confused with cushion in linear diverts. Flow control actually slows down the effect of the cylinder. Adjusting the flow control screws on the air lines affects the timing of the divert. Air pressure also greatly affects productivity.
Cushion adjustment is adjusted by two screws located on the cylinder itself. Turning the cushions all the way in saves the life of your cylinder.

Would turning in the cushions make a difference if the cylinder is linked to a transducer sense it's taking from the full stroke? Thank you in advance
