We had quite a scenic adventure in Custer State Park, South Dakota, as we made our way around the Wildlife Loop. Bison sightings were plentiful, to say the least. The wild bison got up close and personal, and at times, were intimidating with their enormous wooly mammoth-like heads. We admired these magnificent animals from our vehicle as we would not dare venturing out of our camper for the sake of a closer photograph.
