In this video I show the creation of the custom doll dress form. It will definitely help me with the future outfits for my new small doll.

This is the BEST instructional video on pinnable dress forms I have seen! The most important part to me is separating the form in half, to keep the accurate shape. of the body front to back. What I am having trouble with is the material for the first inner form. I think I am too thick, as the zigged seams want to fold up. and not lay smooth. Can you tell me exactly what you are using, including the Name brand. I was shocked to find that just tracing her silhouette gave the exact size! And why do you put it on mm paper first? I am trying to perfect everty step- so I am SLOW! Thank you and FABULOUS JOB!

I love the way it’s turn out, it’s incredible job thanks for sharing Kate. What type of pen you using in this project ? it’s so thin line draws on fabric is it permanent pen or washable?

Hi, Thank you! It is regular pencil, cause I don’t think I will need to wash dress form. For sewing clothes I use washable pens or chalk
