This is part four of my Blythe customisation project - wig making!
I really enjoyed trying out these different techniques, I feel like I might have missed out a couple of more obvious methods though, so if you'd like to see another wig making video in the future do let me know in the comments!

I really enjoyed this video, I love how you took us along with your plans step by step, again I love seeing your items come together. The wigs are beautiful. I can’t pick one favorite, I would definitely love to see more of these kinds of videos. Fantastic job.

I liked all of them! I have been toying with the idea of making wigs for my BJD dolls and human sized wigs. And now that I’m interested in Blythe, wigs for them too!❤️❤️❤️❤️please more wig videos!!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I was looking for tutorials that show method 2 because I'm going to try something similar. It's great to see all of these techniques together in one video. Your wigs turned out beautiful. 💕

Oh that's great! I hadn't even really considered it until I'd started rummaging in the box, now I've seen yet another interesting technique on Pinterest for knotting your own wefts! Thank you so much!! ^_^

That's gorgeous! I want to create a couple of wigs to my Marie Antoinette; I was trying to figure out how to do that, and now I have three different options! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for watching! You could also do a ‘normal’ re-root of the Blythe scalp, and switch the whole scalp for a hair change, which I didn’t get into in this video, lots of options! Enjoy your customising! 😁

Oh my gosh. You’ve inspired me to retry my knotted wig cap method. I ran into the same shrinking problem! I also enjoyed seeing how you handled the parts with the overlapping wefts. Thanks so much

Thank you for this! I love the crocheted wig because I want to make wigs that can be shampooed if needed. I'm going to dye my own wigs and I couldn't see that working with glue. These turned out great!

Can I ask why you do this when Blythe come with great hair ? 💞

I wanted to have one Blythe that can swap her hair colour to match fun outfits on a whim 😆 I see so many cute wigs and styles I love, but can’t afford the space to collect one permanent doll in each style & colour. She’s a bit like me, often changing hair colour! She also makes a great model for when I’m pattern making, as I’m not roughing up her hair all the time! 😁
