Wow! It’s beautiful! I love it. And I honestly don’t think that was unreasonable when you factor in labor and materials. Your contractor helped with the design and he gathered most of the materials. And like you said, this was not a DIY project. It looks like a model home! Well done y’all.

When the video started, I thought to myself that it would have been about $25K. I think you received a very fair price for such quality craftsmanship & trust in the designer and his crew! It's a beautiful update to your gorgeous home! Thanks for the transparency and tips!

It looks stunning! From plain walls to piece of art. I like it! Additionally, I don't think you overpaid. Experience, tools and labor cost are not cheap these days.

This video is really well done! Great design ideas and really well done. I agree about finding the right contractor; we remodeled our bathroom a few years ago and I loved that our contractor had a good eye for design - his suggestions turned out to be some of my favorite parts of the project. Thank you for sharing!

It’s very nice . Did he add outlets to your shelves ? Also curious when you have a tv like this how you hook devices up to it - cable box , Apple TV , Xbox etc

Great questions! We didn't have him put outlets on the shelves, but that is one of the things I wish we had thought of. There is one outlet inside one of the cabinets and he extended the outlet behind the TV. We intentionally didn't extend the cable outlet to this TV so we'll just use it with streaming services. The way we mounted the TV, we COULD put an Apple TV box behind the TV if we wanted to.

They are LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank). We had them installed by the builder when we first built the house.
