Wauw, this is nothing less than amazing craftsmanship. Thanks for sharing.. I can't help but wonder though, are you using a material that doesn't need stiffening besides the stream (obviously) or is it stiffened beforehand?

I'd LOVE one of these hats, but my head is soooooo BIG!!! He would have to literally "mold and adjust" the hat on my head, couldn't imagine the neck pain from the fitting I'd suffer with afterward 😆😩🤣 0:16
