Bringing you this SHFiguarts custom Symbiote Spider-Man using Body Kun
------
S.H.Figuarts are known for their outstanding true to scale dimensions for 1:12 or 6 inch scale toy figure line.
Body Kun, one of their dynamic products possesses this vibrant look for a certain character that matches its proportion and body, plus the splices of joints that guarantee the anatomical view of this figure.
I decided to create my first shf custom using a Body Kun to create my version of MCU Symbiote Spider-Man on Tom Holland’s portrayal of the most futuristic version of Cinematic Neighborhood Spider-Man.
Then this commissioned project came next in line, and my client decided to go thru more comic preferences.

Could I ask where you buy ur body kuns? I assume this is authentic. I can only find bootleg ones in shopping sites lol

This one is authentic, I got my luck to be able to find this in the wild, some fellow collectors in our local community help me though. Although there are local stores that sells imported figures but most of them have been marked up a price

Hello there man! If you’re able to get the solid black version of this Body-Kun it’s easy to start with, if ever you don’t, disassembly is a must to sand all the parts specifically the joints and for the torso it’s a must to sand it for the logo, and right after preparing, primer paint is a must and then at least 12 hrs to 24hrs drying time, then if you’re done with you may start detailing, well at least visualize the patterns so you may be able to identify which part is a good spot for it
