By the time Amazon started selling books, we already had an online shop for IT racks,” he says. IT-Budget now also offers custom designs. “We realised there was a demand for articles that you can’t get directly from any manufacturer. We then started pre-assembling racks and producing niche models such as soundproofed server racks and dustproof racks - in other words, custom solutions in small quantities and with a very quick turnaround,” continues Laves.
