I was horrible with Job interviews, I would stutter and I speak pretty clearly… I was a nervous wreck!! But God!! Now that I have a relationship with God I’m confident and have Faith and if it’s God’s will to get the Job I’ll get it! And that’s what happened in my recent interview with Allstate Customer Service Rep position…. that interview went smoothly and I got the Job Praise God!!! I prayed before my interview and didn’t watch any video like I would in the past!! Hallelujah!! Jesus is King!!!!

I’m back here to say thank you so much for this video. I had just one day to prepare for a job interview in customer service and I was so anxious and overwhelmed. But this was the only video I needed to and used to prepare me. The interviewers were so impressed that they concluded I was the best candidate for the job. Safe to say I not only got the job, I was recommended for a higher post to manage the entire customer service team! Thank you so much!

One skill Richard has that I am so envious of is his ability to articulate a solid answer seemingly off the cuff. Even watching these tutorials repeatedly, I just don't have the comfort level Richard does in rattling off solid answers to interview questions.

Just gotta give you some credit. Had 2 interviews today, one for Royal Sun Alliance and the other for The National Trust. I watched this video last night and took some notes and when I got up this morning, I watched this again and tried to memorise the notes i made. Had both meetings on Microsoft Teams and The National Trust offered me a job at the end of their interview, RSA rang me 40 minutes after their interview to offer me a job. Thanks for this video.

Amazing resource, and yes, going above and beyond is most important for a successful customer service. For example, I give my personal email address to some of my customers, so they can reach out and speak directly to me if they are not satisfied with the answers of other employees. I am gonna watch the video again now - it is worth watching several times. By the way, mentioning upsales is so much up to date. Love it.

Hi Richard.. I wanted to let you know I got an employment offer. It’s an Accounting position for a large company. It’s because of your video on salary negotiation that I was offered a higher salary with an annual bonus. I almost fell off my chair when I heard a bonus offer.. 🤩. I wanted to share with you 2 interview questions I was asked, which I’m not sure you covered in any of your videos. What would be your ideal job? If you have 3 tasks that needed to be done before the end of the day, describe how you would go about completing them? I was asked about dealing with a problem coworker and customer/vendor. Absolutely agree with everything you say Neil. My real bug bearer is the dirty tables . During covid there was a bit of effort to keep the tables more presentable but we are back to lack of hygiene . Worst still is when the tables are “cleaned” by a cloth you wouldn’t wash a floor with . Disgusting . I tend to have a coffee on the go or bring my flask .

This was Amazing 👏 I was horrible at interviewing I would get nervous really fast either sweat or lose my breath trying to talk fast. After listening and studying your videos In customer service I am more confident going forward In my interviews i was recently turned down for a job I really wanted but the very next day I got a call from another company offering double than the other job that turned me down... I passed an interview after going through your customer service tutorials. I initially failed one and made sure to watch some few tips this time around and guess what?? It was easy peezy. My appointment letter is waiting for me on 30th December and I got a call today. Keep it up bro .

This video is super helpful. I haven’t done any interviews for 5 years and didn’t know what to do before my interview. So I watched this mock interview several times, took notes and prepared some highlights stories from my previous job. Though I was still very nervous in the interview, I managed to use 80% of the content of this video. I got the offer. Thank you so much.
