This has been an ongoing issue from this corporate. They control the AC from corporate in Virginia. We called about melted chocolate & they said it wasn't in the budget.

The dollar trees in my area S Jersey never has air in summer or heat in the winter.

The people responsible for financing the AC repair don't have to work in the sweatbox. One of the Wells Fargo branches in Wichita has had non-working AC for two years running now, and the Russell, KS Public Library is closed most days in the summer because its AC crapped out a couple of years ago. We'll see more and more of this as America quickly becomes a Third World country.

Isn't illegal to have employees work when this type of situations happen? I know this happened to me at a place I worked at and We had to close down. It was too hot. You ARE Slowly cooking yourself. Just send everyone home and close the store. Can they call corp. No one should be working until that Air gets fixed. NO ONE! My azz would be all over The Head Corp. of Dollar Tree. Not in anytime anywhere, Should anyone have to stay and work in that type of situation. You should also be comped for days, this type of things happen. There, shouldn't be any reason for anyone to keep working in that Dangerous heat. Ppl Drop Dead. Also, medical issues. .... something needs to happen at this store, asap!
