The fish is an approximately 40 year old sturgeon based on its size, a close relative of sharks (although sturgeon are toothless) and their eggs are harvested for caviar. Wonderful throwback to a prehistoric age.

Casey, The fish is a white sturgeon (they are a protected species). The Hudson is a sturgeon estuary, so you get them swimming up, all the way into the smaller estuaries. It’s the time of year now when they are feeding, eating up all of the spawning fish eggs. I went sturgeon fishing on the Fraser River in British Columbia, and we caught several six footers. They grow up to 13 feet! (Sidenote: I sent you a “best dad ever” T-shirt. It is in an expresspost bubble wrap envelope. Like an idiot, I forgot to include a note. It would make my year if I saw you wearing it in a video :-)

My thoughts exactly! I just got my S1 and they stress 'BE CAREFUL with that plug!' cuz if that pin inside the battery terminal bends/breaks from any undue stress, that's a whole new batt. my friend.... (~1/2 the cost of the bike!)

Hey +CaseyNeistat, it's nice to see you returning to your roots with more off-the-cuff home style vlogging. Yet also still throwing in a few how-to's. I can imagine launching a whole new paradigm for content creation and maintaining a healthy family life is hard to do. Especially for someone with your drive.
