You mention the quality of the aluminium when comparing your spacer to the ‘ebay’ spacer but the aluminium wasn’t the problem the studs were, so maybe they provided lower grade studs which I doubt or what actually looked to be the case is that they were the studs on the car and someone over torqued them hoping they wouldn’t come off

Hi, need urgent help. I bought good 2 inch spacers from ebay but found out later that my studs originally installed by Toyota are not long enough thus couldn’t install 2 inch spacers. Ordered 1.5inches spacers, tried to install, it didnt work. Checked on ebay/amazon long studs, found something, bought it but when it reached here, the studs were same as oem size. Hell sick from this. Since weeks I am searching on internet long/extended wheel studs, but no luck. Do you know any where on ebay or amazon who sell extended studs for tundra 2012?

I have a all wheel drive 2005 yukon denali xlt 1500.After adjustment on the torsion bar keys I've got an awful lot of camber. I've heard 2"spacer will help with this, true or not true is my question. I should also mention I've already changed the rear auto air ride system with a kit that came with new coil springs, shocks (2" adapters added to shocks)and 3" spacers under the springs. Also came with new torsion keys supposed to add 3 inches. I haven't added the new key's all ready can see bottom lower control arms are pretty much maxed out. Any way are the spacer's worth my time while waiting to get the rest of the front end parts upgraded. My stock arms do appear to have an adjustment on them. I believe for camber but not sure. I watch your videos all the time , would love feed back on my set up. Oh I plan to get rid of the magnetic Ride system up front.36" in the front 40" in the rear from floor to outside top edge of fender. My goal is to be able to get the tallest tire I can , stock truck has almost no ground clearance at all.

I'll stick with steel spacers and adapters. Aluminum is just not good enough for me.

The only real problems with spacers are what it does to your paint. Even with mud flaps the wheels fling road grime all over the side of the truck.

500 miles for a re-torque is overkill. 5-10 miles would likely work better and eliminate any immediate loosening of the wheels and spacers. Any alloy wheel needs to be re-torqued after removal and reinstallation. Incorrectly torqued wheels is the single greatest cause of brake rotor warping.

If I was the boss I would get a chair puller too.
