Had to quit my job a few months ago because of burnout, I just couldn't take it anymore...After a long depressing, isolated period of thinking and healing, it's time to set out again into the corporate world, maybe not with confidence, but with hope. To all of you that are starting a new chapter in your life, my advice is start by giving yourself a pat on the back - it's not easy choosing a path in life, it takes courage and strength, so own it, be the best YOU that you can be, there's noone else like you in the world. And as for the many of us that stray and end up feeling lost, you will find your way in time. Sometimes, what you want is right in front of you, give your brain time to refresh your thoughts and pump up your ambition. I owe it to the lo-fi community for helping me in tough times, by building a safe haven in this harsh world, so thanks everyone. Stay healthy and hopeful :) Sending good vibes from Portugal

My cat just recently passed, my girlfriend is gone on a trip with her mom, so I'm in my tiny apartment listening to this alone for some comfort since I love fall and the holiday season. Since starting HS has been tough for me, 3 years in and still no friends irl but thats ok! Even though I have online friends, I still feel lonely at times! People often say and recomend Lofi, so I started listening to it. I found some good ones here and there but I never found any true one that I could stick to. But ever since Ive come across this playlist, it has taken my heart. Not only is it really mesmorizinf but it also makes me enjoy fall more. I always differed in between Summer and winter as to which one is better, because of this playlist, I've truly fell in love with fall! To everyone who's studying with this video: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖 I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸

I just got back from a meeting, about how I want things to progress for my future to my current agencies I'm autistic who is independent AF. So turns out I have ADHD and depression. That explains a lot. I’m taking a million pills: for my hormone treatment, my tachycardia, and now antidepressants and I’ll take for ADHD soon. I’m just 19. Everything feels weird and it’s a constant fight between my depression, lack of pleasure in my work and things I used to love; my Incapability to manage time and concentrate. Motivation is basically inexistent. My family and my boyfriend back me up. I love them, but I can’t enjoy myself when I’m near. I can’t do with him the things we both like.. And it hurts. Still... I’m really glad my therapist noticed something was wrong and sent me to a psychiatrist for medication. I’m lucky I have the money for it, and I’m lucky I will be able to live kinda normally with a little help. I’m going to move by my own this January for university. I hope that getting out of my room helps me.. and I don’t fall apart. I’m scared... But I know all will be ok. Wish me luck!

Thank so much for your mixes! They're super helpful in keeping me focused on my writing, especially when I have long papers that I need to do. As a side note, the songs with words kinda pulled me out of that a little bit, especially those with profanity. But other than that, great track! Thanks for all that you do!

Ahh. Yes, my new teacher got here a few weeks ago. She’s got military backround. She’s roughly 34 ish. When were studying she plays this, half the time she lets us sleep or just vibe with the music. I remember in middle school i thought high school was like Albert Einstein level. These past months have just been really easy. I wish we could stay stuck in one place in time forever…
