Her name is Alana, this video was recorded at the Shoreline Trolley Muesum in Connecticut back in 2006.
She looks to be around 14 or 15, she was operating an R17 (Redbird) while it was going through various turns.
Best part was around 2:41 when it starts going thru a nice long turn as she her eyes start to close.
