As an 18 year old who grew up with hannah montana, I decided to rewatch it during quarantine, and as an 18 year old male, I genuinely cried at this section. I honestly wish I could have such a great relationship with either of my parents.

This brings me back to my childhood, me and my mom would always watch this when I was around 8 or 10 and I'm now almost 18 remembering it. Feeling so emotional right now. Lol

There's so much emotion behind this song, the father daughter bond between those two are really strong and it really shows how they have to let go. :') It's sweet. Don't even have a father and im touched.

My dad left when i was a little girl, i have only had my mom there taking care of me and being a mother and father for my sister and i. i'm going to be 18 in less than a month, and moving out and graduating high school shortly after this song reminds me of my mom and reminds me of how she is such a strong women and it must be hard letting go of her youngest daughter... i really know its hard to let go and leave me mom. i love my mom with all myheart
