One winter years ago my dog dug out a hedgehog, waking it from it's winter sleep in the snow, so I had to take him home, otherwise he would have died. He was SO cute and nice! I called him 'Nuncle', and he lived in the house with us for the rest of the winter. In springtime I put him back where he was found. We all loved that silly little being, including our dog and our cat! < 3 Only my father didn't like him as much... Turned out Nuncle always "attacked" my fathers bare toes when he went to the bathroom at night! LOL

There is Nothing in the world cuter than a hedgehog! I have a little stuffed one, which is as close as I’ll get to the real thing. I’m too old to properly care for a live hedgie! And I don’t know how my cat would treat the precious little one, so, I watch lots of these videos! 😍🦔🥰😘❤️🦔💝🦔

I never experienced them as pets, during childhood. We nursed quite a few, but always returned them to where we found it. Als my mom was rather strict, given that they always where teeming with fleas, ticks and the likes. I remeber the lovely munchy noises when the eat a worm though. Wonderful little critters.
