Cutting a new trail through some serious vines.

Starting a new trail on a portion of our property that I have not explored. Lots of vines, big and little, and a spattering of Chinese Privet for added aggravation. But the little Track Hoe that could got it done.

Looks like you could use yourself a skidsteer with a mulcher attachment. We had 5 acres on our land in east texas done and the ol boy had it done in 8 hours. We had a severe case of briars on that property. Well worth it . Made a nice mulch base to the property

Forester mulchers are really cool and productive tools! But they’re super expensive to purchase and not cheap or easy to maintain.

Paul That would be a dream come true! Maybe one day this old dude will cobble together a small one that I can hang on the track hoe bucket and power with the thumb hydraulics. Wouldn’t that be a lovely thing!

I guess what I meant is that I don’t know the chemistry or the biology of the inner workings of the woods. I think I am learning though!

Lana If you are talking about what grows where your guess is as good as mine. My thought is that 30+/- years ago when this area was logged seems like the sun shine would have been pretty uniform. So maybe you are into something and maybe it was something else. But thanks for watching and thanks for the comment!
