we should be talking about negligence case from the security company rendering services to this hospital.(1) there is something called risk assessment which should be conducted by the security company awarded with contract of securing these premises. This should be done every sixth months. On submissions of their reports, there should be recommendations as to what should be done to address vulnerability of these premises. as we all know that, we have pre access control and post access control. There should be two security officials with all equipment's of doing the function of a gate guard, visitors should be recorded in a gate check form, vehicles should be searched on entering or leaving the premises. patrols around the premises should be conducted and in a place like this .there should be CCTV cameras to assist or to work as a backup to the physical security. The company which is awarded that contract is not doing what is expected from them Quality service and the actual person who manage that contract does not know how to deal with contractors or service providers. Contract managements states it clear that, each security company has to be supervised for each shift by a competent supervisor. The issue of police performance and behavior , il would like if we take a proper look on our police officials, most of them cannot even catch a criminal while running .that's how fat they are , they don't even do exercises. they don't look ready to serve the public and its a disgrace .lies from the police side can only mean that, somebody went to see them and explained the situation before you get to them.
