I'm just curious. Do you ever make beads out of them. so you can make a necklace........... I found a round rock like the one that you have. I'm not too sure if it's called the Thunder Egg Rock like the one you have. I know when I shake it it sounds like it's got liquid in it. I don't know if it's a druzy kind of rock my acknowledgment of these kind of rocks are not the smartest. I watched one of these videos. We're a big machine was crushing these kind of rocks. And it had liquid in it. And someone made a comment the water could be millions of years old I don't know I'm not going to attempt to break it open. I would need a professional to do that

I was thinking the sky above a lake! Either way, yes, beautiful and scenic. And the second-to-last kinda looks like the outline of a bird... which gets back to the whole thunderbird egg idea, and I love it!

I was in Pueblo Colorado in the early 70's a Mrs. Peterson, a world famous rock hound cut a slab right in front of me of Montezuma's Feathers, it was the exact profile of a native with a feather headdress! Most amazing thing I have ever seen. She was an amazing lady! she gave me a 450 year old ring I am wearing right now!

I collect bonfire seaglass and I find it fun to figure out which side was up when solidifying. I see the same in these, the milky area being where the original sediment settled out, and the clear sections where up. at 3:53 you can even see pebbles that settled into the lowest parts, the white sealing them in.

It's almost if like whatever created the inside was so fast and bright it immediately glassed in the silicone melting a perfect picture of the scene around it... Like inverted mirroring glass frozen in time picture ...is why the light and the objects in front of the light, bled through and through almost... Creating a 3-D snapshot of a long time ago... It's very interesting and great work cutting in the direction... You gained skill and knowledge... Amazing 🎉🎉🎉

You can polosh large flat surfaces in a similar way that i used to sharpen wood plane blades. You get a large enough sheet of pane glass (a thick one about 3/8 inch used for shelves. You can dumperster dive or possibly find it at a big box hardware store), then fix your 120, 300, 400, 600 and so on sand paper to it. Its flat and rigid enough for what you'll be doing, then you can use the buffing wheel to finish it.
