Ingredients:
White raw rice-1/3 Cup Or 75 Grams
Washed,& soaked in water for 1 hour, then drained & dry it slightly
Salt-1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-Little more then 1/8 Tsp
water-1/4 Cup Or 60 ML
Green Gram Flour need for this recipe is 3/4 Cup Or 131 Grams
Sugar-1/3 Cup Or 75 Grams
Scraped Coconut-1 Cup + 1/4 Cup Or 130 Grams
Roasted red rice flour-1/3 Cup Or 60 Grams
Salt-1/8 Tsp
Roasted Cumin Seed Powder-1/2 Tsp
Roasted black Pepper Powder-1/4 Tsp
1st & 2nd Coconut Milk-1/3 Cup Or 80 ML
Oil For Frying
