Your videos are great man. I've had so many people ask me about my Aphex on the bus on the street .....everywhere. I point all of them towards your channel, I even seen a few start watching the videos on the bus, hope they subscribe. I find it fun when people ask me about my iems like why are you wearing those with a cable why don't you have airpods (I do and they have their purpose) and so on. I love showing them what their music should sound like..... Long live the cable lol.

I saw that you did tear downs! Please do one on the Thieaudio Hype 2. Many of the units sold have had this rattling noise coming from them and Thieaudio still hasn’t made an announcement yet.

Thanks for the teardown and review , I don't have the freedom but I have the nami , And I also find it too v shape for my taste, a boom n' tizz kind of v shape , But I can imagine some people will enjoy that kind of tuning.

купил себе в подарок на этот новый год. и как же я был расстроен, когда подключил и... правый наушник работает всего на 20% и хрипит. написал производителю, тот говорит пришли доказывающее видео. вот теперь думаю как реализовать задачу. блин. обидно пипец

One question. I have 1 set of iem from kinera that the drivers eas like blasting distortion . I taught was from the dd driver that did not had air. But when I open I found 2 drivers. 1 dd and 1 bam the ba had a tube and filter I remove them. Wonder why so much distortion comes from the ba without filter. Is that normal. Or someone else before place a needle inside and broke them. To much fight with ali express for this issues

Personally. I'd say either truthear hexa or 7hz sonus if you're on a budget.

Subbed! In for the free giveaway lol. I came actually just to see how a IEM driver works and what it looks like. Also I bought the KZ PR1 a few weeks ago, my first IEM's. I like them, but they get a bit uncomfortable after a while that I rather use my 'cheap' old 50euros Sony headphones. I can't really tell a difference in audioquality really even tho I bought a usb DAC for also 50eu. All chi-fi stuff from Ali. Nice channel btw.

Maybe KZ PR1 sounds too bright for you.

@@nathanel7637 Those were two sentences apart from eachother. Comfort as in just being a little uncomfy in my ears as the plugs get annoying. I actually solved that as I replaced the original plugs with the foam plugs they sent along with them. So it's much better now. As far as audioquality, hmmm no it doesn't sound bright. I just feel like in some songs the bass is lacking too much (a lack of satisfying umpff on the eardrum) but in other songs it's definitely there and sounds good. It's so random per song.

@@R.James. Oh I misunderstood you my bad. You can try EQ the bass or maybe because of the planar driver but I'm not sure because i haven't tried planar IEM.

@@nathanel7637 I do EQ the bass, but its still odd in some songs. What do you mean you haven't tried planar IEM? You've been recommending the PR2 to try it out as planar in the teardown video for that one. And also the PR1.
