hey! i liked your video but i guess you are explaining one wrong thing. here total revenue - TVC= contribution margin. why its called contribution margin because it is the amount of profit left after deducting variable cost. whereas in gross profit sales- cogs. COGS covered variable and fixed cost. please explain the difference accurately.
