People usually don't make a big deal of roommate unless I'm mistaken 🤔. - kaveh telling paimon they're not exactly friends, and paimon commenting that it's seems he has a lot going on. - camera angle changed to show kaveh the moment Al-haithem talked about priorities. -alhaithem talks a lot about kaveh in his VLs, even in the ones not about kaveh directly. - characters commented how kaveh also complains about Alhaithem 24/7 - Their arguments are plastered on boards all over sumeru 😂 - Alhaithem has a silver hair while kaveh has a golden one, even their keys are silver and gold. Seems they really wanna show us they're polar opposites. - Alhaithem used to pay for kaveh (until kaveh started getting reckless with his money so Alhaithem became strict with him to teach him a lesson). - people say this indicates that they don't like each other but we see them chatting just fine in Al-haithem's demo. It seems there's a lot of hints, but hoyo managed to keep it balanced, so it depends on how u look at it, u can see them as sumeru's version of diluc and kaeya or u can see them as a couple. I heard that hoyo can't make homo characters official because of CN gov. But didn't honkai impact have lesbians? I don't get it 🤔

Tbh Genshin community would freak tf out if there were official couples of any playable characters so I guess it's good there aren't any official ones (yet) since it would destroy people's headcanons and with how part of the community acts, that would be a war on another level 💀

As someone who isn't necessarily in any social media related to Genshin, except maybe KZfaq here and there for EN VA content + gaming strategy guide, the things I've heard about the fandom largely hasn't been... savoury, to say the least. It's so interesting how fandoms continue to get so charged about so many things, yet it illustrates the collective state of parts of our society. As someone who doesn't necessarily ship anyone thus okay with any ship in general, the whole thing and how charged it is are getting really tiring, yet it's also on me to control what I consume regarding Genshin-related content. I think I'll commemorate with the side of the fandom who shares the sentiment when needed.
