the actual reason the statue of the seven didn't heal Khoi is because he hasn't unlocked that statue in his world. Statues won't heal you in another person's world if you haven't unlocked it in your own world first. It's happened to me before.

Speaking of Dungeons and Dragons, I think Cyno would be a Death Domain Cleric, because based on his design, it's pretty clear or obvious he could be in the service of Anubis, the Egyptian god of funerals and judgement. Anubis is part of the Death Domain in Dungeons and Dragons, so I think this would be a good fit for Cyno. Most Death Domain Clerics are villainous, but those who serve Anubis or Nephthys, the goddess of mourning, don't need to be villainous, which is perfect for Cyno to carry Anubis's power and judgement. You don’t need to do the story to unlock areas, I ignore the main quests and just walk around and unlock statues of the seven, then way points for easy access for the main quest…
