"THEY'RE NOT JUST PICTURES!" We need more of that anger. I know losing your temper is kinda looked down upon, but this is some sick freak taking photos of little girls. Who *wouldn't* lose it??
@yucol5661
@yucol5661 Ай бұрын
Meh. People think loosing your temper or having strong honest feelings means you are really motivated and will do something to create change or improve things. That’s a lie. Plenty of people get angry and outraged and then sit back down with a nice warm feeling in their belies. Righteous anger is cathartic. But it doesn’t magically mean the person feeling these righteous thoughts will help any victim or will even report any crime if god forbid it happens to them. It just means they know it’s wrong and they have very strong opinions about how abhorrent hurting a child is. Which is good, better than apathy. But it’s not on the level of people who actually have the balls to believe their child or take them to a police station and take them through a slow legal process and through years of Theraphy. It’s not on the level of people who swallow their embarrassment and talk to children about what sexual abuse is and have the patience to explain to them why it’s wrong in an age appropriate maner. It’s not on the level of propel who swallow their feelings and accept that maybe they need to distance themselves from a person or group that covered a crime. It’s the difference between actually helping people vs just feeling justice-y thoughts for them for them and making lots of big statements.

Some people don’t like Stablers character but I love his character, he cared a lot about each case even though he had problems he works in SVU which can take a toll, working around scum everyday and seeing/hearing the unimaginable to people. Especially when it comes to children, stabler loses his Temper but I don’t blame him, it’s unimaginable to work in a environment where you hear and see these things horrible people have done to children Edit: Also stabler has children of his own, so it makes him more protective of his children, sometimes he may seem unfair to them but I understand why he’s so protective of them, because he couldn’t bear having something happen to his kids
@EeveelutionStorm
@EeveelutionStorm Жыл бұрын
Stabler also is incredible when working with kids. He was basically a surrogate Dad to the kids they had to work with and his interactions with them were always wholesome. In "Birthright" when he's showing Patricia Branson the way the one way mirror works and assuring her, that the "Bad man" can't see her is heartwarming.

I started watching SVU for the first time starting 2 yrs ago. 2 yrs, which is the same time ago you made this comment. While you are right about Stabler in that regard of the things he has dealt with while on this job and how it can have a emotional and psychological toll on anyone, I still can’t help but hold a little bit of dislike for this guy of the things he has done. Not to mention some of the innocent people he had put away; which was caused because of how emotional he got.

I wish this channel kept posting more videos of the first Law and Order. We keep watching SVU these days in different cable networks, but we can't see the first L&O series any more if it's not through this channel.

Don't know how I am going to get clean after watching that. UGH! The little girl coming out of a grown man's hotel bathroom. Then the guy warehousing girl's photos. Double UGH! - - How does that work if you are on a business trip like "The Yachtsmen" and commit a U.S. crime in a foreign country? In Holland they have drugs on restaurant menus that are considered illegal in the U.S. but perfectly legal in that country. Do you get fired once you return home? Can you use the argument that it's legal where I took the drugs? Same goes for that disgustingness The Yachtsmen did in Cuba.

When you watch older shows and movies that were produced or set before the Internet and social media, it feels so removed our lives today, like a silent black and white film. Then you have weird hybrids like this stuff from the late 90s and early 2000s where we had the Internet, but no social media.

you don't have to be it doesn't work that way to get that kind of data you would have to have access to the unlocked pc directly even the pictures on the criminals server would never be unencrypted if you want to really be safer -use different email for different services -use a VPN and adblocker -use privacy minded apps (signal and not WhatsApp / proton Mail and not g-mail ) -use a passwords manager if you do all that, as long as you aren't targeted specifically by a pro you don't have anything to worry about

If this was that Chicago PD show the outburst would have ended up with a dead suspect and his ghost telling the story after - One reason I highly prefer L&O, the most I've seen a suspect be lashed out on and lots of restraint is shown - Conveying both relative realism and emotion from the characters

I'm looking for a law and order episode where a tall pale Russian man with large pink lips is trafficking people and the cops confront him and he gets a big smile and says "Da". Does anyone know what episode and season that might be? It may have been SVU or CI, or some other spin off of law and order.

The craziest part of this is that this almost never happens. Billions for fighter planes when we never get in dog fights and we can’t attack this? Osama did less harm than this. It’s time we take this on with the virtually unlimited resources we have.
