In the idyllic Traben-Trarbach two worlds collide: A mysterious group from the Netherlands and their eccentric leader Xennt want to take over the former NATO bunker under the town. Xennt promises the small town a prosperous future and hundreds of jobs - but some residents are concerned: Is this charismatic man with long blonde hair and wearing a black leather coat really just a criminal on the run, who wants to turn the bunker into a drug dealing stronghold?
Despite all warnings the bunker is sold and Xennt and his followers entrench themselves hundreds of meters below ground. They call their new home Cyberbunker.
