Glad I found someone else who this happened to. I paid $2k for a new Cyberpower PC, and on initial boot, it had a few green lines on the screen, then no monitor input.. I'm not computer savy, so I just returned it to Best Buy for a refund.. such a waste of time.

seems like they check to see if the product is working correctly (quality check) and they do it twice, so thats a step above for cyberpower. Honestly nothing is wrong with cyberpower, it just depends on who’s building you pc.

I'm in the same boat. Turned on pc. green dots and lines. stated card not functioning and error code 43. Tried everything, nothing worked. Took out card, put card back in slot. now i have no video at all. called to RMA video card. I'm shocked they make you pay for shipping back on a piece of hardware under warranty. I'm seriously contemplating eating the 350 to send the pc back to where I got it from (tigerdirect) and just waiting for part prices to drop and build my own. Only reason I got this was to play some games I like and because gpu prices are so expensive right now.
