put DLSS on quality and the sharpness on 1 (highest), also the secoundlast rt option you enabled at 0:15 is for 3090 or higher. im also on the 3080 but 12g version and i get around 80-110 fps with these settings, the rest is max in video settings

Is this manual 5.1GHz OC or maybe just Adaptive Boost alone?

Its manual OC because with ABT the core voltage its pushed way to high 1.5/1.6

dlss 3.5 is not supported on RTX 30xx. Nice clickbait video

What are you talking about? Look at the white/black graph on bottom left corner it says DLSS v3.5.0. And in case you don't know, Nvidia said that DLSS 3.5 would be compatible with RTX 2000 and 3000 graphics cards (all tensor cores gpus). I suggest that before commenting nonsense you inform yourself a little more, it's free :).
