Yeah, I tried something similar, you should use the Raven Cyberdeck for it. But you rather want to spread Synapse burnout and the spread chance of Synapse burnout was only 15% and not really efficient.

@@T7PDM Yeah ig, more Synapse = More Overclock. I guess this build really is quite optimized. I would just use the Overhear+Contagion for extra pyromania and mitigation when I run out of bullets lol.

Bionic joints will give you more armor, I would usually go for that, when you are melee focused you can also use dense marrow.

Because its primarily a netrunner build and you have 100% crit chance with quickhacks already. 1.) This build is for maximizing the quickhack damage and therefore you go for the crit damage from cool. 2.) The smart weapons already get strong buffs in the intelligence tree. 3.) If at all you should invest into blades. And even for that you have to sacrifice either the smartgun tree or the queueing tree, which will both hurt your netrunner skills.

Because it’s a net runner build

Cyberware malfunction does not seem to trigger the bonus damage, and only adds its own damage, but ping does trigger the bonus damage After testing this several times ping always gave the higher results on several enemies including Adam Smasher.

My current guess is, because it doesnt deal damage by itself when it uploads and therefore gets the unaware (stealth) damage boost on the target. Memory wipe also very consistantly hits around 25k, when used as first in the queue.

go to 3:08 shows several abilities and an explanation why he's using them, in the case of ping it trigger's embedded exploit and boosts damage.

You have to use Axolotl in every build, its the dumbest thing you could do if you remove it. It was marked as a mandatory item in the video. So you should not mess around with it. It will be much harder to keep up overclock without axolotl.

@@T7PDM ok, then separate question: when you do the Don't Fear the Reaper ending, i heard you get -25% health from the start. Is it the same -25% health that i get from edgerunner, (i.e. i don't lose anything extra) or -25% on top of edgerunner?

@@T7PDM Ok, point taken, i swapped the COX-2 for the non-iconic one with 40% crit chance. Also does the job with Malfunction + 2x Synapse burnout. Where i managed to get Cyberware shard drops are Dogtown Cyberpsychos (every second one; green shard for only 2 points, but better than nothing)

@@wonderlustking6735 Are you serious? No sane person on earth would remove the cox 2 optimizer in a netrunner build. It gives you 100% crit chance. Just follow the damn build and dont mess around with it. You could remove everything else but the marked items, but all you do is removing the marked items.

You should check the netrunner start build for the new countershell trick that gives you permanently 100% mitigation and 75% mitigation strenght as a netrunner during overclock. As for Patch 2.11, Ram recoup might be worth to try and check.

Way too slow , less damage and not worth it. The Quantum tuner is a 10 times better item.

The faceplate is a quest item which has no further use. It has zero capacity and is required for some Phantom Liberty quests.

You have to play like it was shown and explained in the video. Of course it is mandatory to keep up your overclock.After 2.1 you should not use more than one quickhack on your enemies and you dont have to hack everyone.Additional quickhacks in your queue will no longer give you a bonus to your health and ram, they will just drain it faster. So use multiple quickhacks only on the strongest enemies like maxtac and bosses.

@@T7PDM @justinmcguire1076 Not what he is talking about. It is a bug with the overclock mechanic where you keep losing health LONG after any fighting. I have it too, your health slowly depletes, blood pump triggers, rinse, repeat. Think of it like you are constantly poisoned. Fighting is done, but you are still taking damage. Good thing is you don't have to revert to a previous save. Save the game, exit, continue from that save, all fixed...until the next time it isn't. I am sure that CDPR knows about the issue at this point, and are working on a fix for it. I have to do the same fix during live streams. It is extremely annoying and sucks to stop the game during a stream to relaunch it.

Synapse burnout scales with the ram cost of your queue. So you have to add as much ram as possible.

They are random and can be changed when you upgrade them, when you have driver update and chipware connoussoir

The left tree is not only about reducing the ram cost, queuing multiple hacks in the optimal order gives you the highest possible damage as there are multiple stacking effects such as embedded exploit which give you up to 60% aditional damage. And it is absolutely necessary to beat maxtac and bosses on very hard. For normal enemies a single strong quickhack like synapse burnout should be fine. But already for elite enemies this might not be enough. Your quickhack DPS also scales with your intelligence level so intelligence 20 is needed aswell.

The 3in1 is great but it doesnt specialize, or lets say maximize, any of the playstyles. You should either use this one, or the latest Sandevistan build.

These two builds are very equal. The netrunner might be the stronger one, but netrunning is not that much fun, tbh...

For the netrunner build it doesnt matter, but the quantum tuner is the much better item than the Canto or the Erebus after update 2.1, so I would always go for that. (Which means sending Songbird to the moon.) But if you like the Canto deck, of course you can also go for it.

The Canto deck unlocks the blackwall hack, but its terribly slow to upload, therefore I never use it my netrunner builds, just takes too much time, Synapse burnout is stronger and better anyway.

The blackwall hack is way too slow and you need to upload synapse burnout anyway, which is enough to kill your enemies.

The quickhack spreading of the monowire is a completely useless new features.

You still have to upload a quickhack and then prey to hit your target and another one nearby. Nobody who actually plays a netrunner is using the monowire spreading. Its a convoluted complex playstyle with near zero benefit. You could rather upload contagion and use the Raven Cyberdeck which will instantly apply it to all targets, without the use of any additional tools. This mechanic of Raven alone makes the monowire pretty much useless. He is also still using FeenX which turned out to be a useless cyberware. It pretty much does nothing, I have removed this in my new builds. Your Ram comes from your health items and borrowed time. Instead you have to use the Spring Joints and Kinetic Frame to get permanent 100% Mitigation as a netrunner. He appearently does not know this trick. Here is an improved version of the real best netrunner that uses the mitigation invincibility glitch, its way better than any other: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p6emds9jmtW7c5c.html PS: We are focusing on the information without jumping back and forth between skills cyberware and gameplay. Our videos are always systematic and will show you every stat in the same order in every video. And we always include new tricks in almost every new build.

Countershell, Neofibers, Kinetic Frame and Spring Joints gives you permanent 100% mitigation chance and 90% mitigation strenght. Countershell triggers this effect when you lose 35% health within 3 seconds, which is always the case when you use overclock. You dont need any of the cyberware they used, FeenX is a complete waste, I have tested it, it has no real effect. Cogito lattice and Scar Coalescer are both situational, which can be replaced with better permanent bonuses, but the Mitigation is literally making you invincible anway.

You can use the Arasaka cyberdeck and get additional perks that reduce the traceability.

The damage varies across different city regions. The enemies are stronger in the center than in other parts of the city. Synapse burnout damage depends on spending a lot of ram. The more you spend the higher the damage. You need the iconic synapse burnout and a maximum level of intelligence and stay out of combat for the highest damage.

Sure you can, but the monowire is really not that great, I would personally not recommend using it, The monowire can only spread quickhacks which it can upload by itself, so you can not spread the good ones with it. I would rather use a strong Katana, which feels much better than monowire.

The 3 stats at the bottom can be changed when you upgrade your cyberware. You need driver update and chipware connossoire from the Tech tree for this.

@@maxdiberardo9056 The available stats are semi random you can only chose between a few of them. They change every time. But you can select to keep what you have.

​@@T7PDM Me too. Level 44. Did the whole Wakako gig questline, claimed the reward, and he FINALLY opened the shop. Waited 24 hours 20 times and he just won't sell any iconic specs. Also went to the stadium and waited there 20 times.

You can equip lower quality versions of these items and make it basically on any level. It doesnt require any very late game items. But it is mandatory to get Body 15 for adrenalin and Intelligence 15 for overclock to make it work. I dont find netrunner a good way for the first playthrough, because it is the most different and it can get boring quicky. I would recommend the Sandevistan build I made last week, or the 3in1, if you are still unsure what your preferred playstyle is, this will allow you to change your playstyle anytime you want.

@@T7PDM would you give the same recommendation if I’ve only beaten the game under 1.6? I haven’t played phantom liberty yet. I build under 1.6 was revolver-based.

@@Halauris I cant make the decision for you, you have to figure out if you like Sandevistan or if you want to try netrunner. Both builds are very op, but netrunning can get boring.

You can get them from the netrunner vendors on a very high level,. you have to go outside and fast forward 24 hours until they offer them. Different shops are selling different iconic quickhacks.

Synapse burnout prolongs your overclock by 3 seconds per kill and ensures you have infinite ram. Queues will make use of certain multipliers that will give you up to 30k damage when you upload quickhacks in the right order.

The Quantum tuner is not necessary for a netrunner, with Axolotl (+1s per kill) and Synapse burnout (+3s per kill) you will never run out of overclock. However with Sandevistan you will absolutely need both.

Ex disk greatly reduces the time for uploads which will make cars explode before the police can get out. The benefit of ex disk is greater than what you get from quantum tuner. The cost of the quantum tuner stays in no relation to the small benefit it gives for a netrunner build.

@@Marth286 You can also slow down time with the reflex tuner, which will indirectly increase the time of course. The Quantum Tuner will only allow you to use Overclock again, without cooldown, which is not worth the capacity, because you will never run out of overclock. There is a netrunner skill in your skill progression that will extend overclock so much, that you wont have any problems with it, once you reach that.

If you like it then use it, but the Erebus takes ages to kill someone on higher difficulties and the damage is extremely poor. The Erebus feels like a shotgun which you try to shoot at long range. You will wipe out your enemies much better and quciker with the Yinglong!

Sure you can use it. but the monowire is not that good anymore. It can only upload and spread weak quickhacks, not the good ones. If you want to go melee, using a katans is the better option.

A netrunner build doesnt mean you dont have to invest into stealth. And they are not automatically stealth builds. To be stealthy you have to invest into additional abilities, such as sneaking, cloaking and if you use quickhacks as a netrunner you have to reduce your traceabilty. If you want a stealthy netrunner, use the Arasaka cyberdeck.

Its only available from the netrunner shop, which was shown in the video. You unlock it after completing one of Wakakos gigs.

I started researching about it as I kept resetting NPC stock forever with no luck. Wiki says it can only be purchased in Dogtown (Phantom Liberty DLC) and other website said Iconic Quickhacks start showing up after level 51. I guess I'll learn which one is true soon enough.

A stealth netrunner would be very different, you should use the Arasaka cyberdeck for it.

You are creating stacks of Pyromania, but I wasnt sure if they come from the cars or EMP, something is defnitely giving you a lot of stacks when you use this build. The microgenerator should give you stacks with any shotgun.

@@T7PDM That's true, the movement bonus and the mitigarion chance bonus are well worth it. But its kinda sad that the explosion damage bonus only for "Grenades". I heard even projectile launcher doesnt benifit from it, at least maybe for older patches. Havent kept up with the patches. Really hope it works for all types of explosions thats caused by us like ying long and shockawe emp or even self destruct hack too. If it doesnt, it should've. Great guide tho!

Do you mean Cyberware capacity, perks or attributes? You get 15 attributes at the start, 7 which you can allocate during character creation and 59 from levelling up, that means 81 in total. You will get a similar amount of perk points, 59 from levelling up, 10 from skill progression and up to 13 from perk shards across the map. When you reset your skillpoints how many points do you have? You should have 59+10+13 = 82 points. You might be missing the points from skill progression which you get at level 15 and level 35 for every skill, and the ones on the map.

Why would you fill your list with stuff you never use. You dont even need 6, just using Synapse burnout is more than enough most of the time. You will only need a queue for strong enemies like maxtac and bosses. Same for cyberware, why fill all slots with useless crap, just to have all slots filled? Just use better cyberware with perks you really need and leave out the remaining slots.

Just play on VE. You will not notice the difference between very easy mode and the older game.

@@Hc4697you have to use memory wipe cuz they broke sonic shock for example it uses much more ram, if you want to be a stealthy netrunner, you have very little amount of time using a sandevistan now which is Blatantly stupid when they didn’t care about anything till they release phantom liberty and then there’s the fact you can’t do a build without having all these nerfs done you can be a god in the game sure but look what they put you through and ask yourself is it worth it when they’re gonna just nerf you the point you can’t do anything this update wasn’t worth the trains being able to ride on.
