You might wanna recheck the lore for attack on Arasaka. It wasn’t led by silverhand but by blackhand. Also Alt’s brain wasn’t fried. Silverhand sort of killed her by disconnecting her body from the net, hence the whole “screaming at him from the servers” as you stated.

Your history on alt and soul killer is so wrong Johnny is the reason she got trapped in the net by just unplugging her leaving her no way to jack out and Arisaka wanted her to write the soul killer program FOR them so they had their own version of it and her original idea for soul killer was actually the same as suburos to be able to live forever or fuse human and ai together possibly arisaka was the ones to turn it into a weapon not alt my theory is soul killer is a small part of the Blackwall ai but instead of absorbing the persons mind into itself it stores it instead as all rouge ais don’t exactly kill you but absorb you and your data into itself to learn and become more powerful
