Today we're looking at Cyberpunk 2077's Characters, Factions and People. These include Gangs, Corporate Agents, Trauma Team, Fixers, Mercenaries and even Monks! With tons of characters and NPCs in Cyberpunk 2077 you can bet there will be tons of diversity amongst people in Night City! In part 2 well look at notable people not seen in the Gameplay Demo or E3 Trailer but who could be present in Cyberpunk 2077 and the Cyberpunk world later down the line.

I think Dexter is just a mid-low level fixer. You can remember that Jackie and V talked about their mission with Dexter was their ticket to the big leagues. Meaning Dexter is probably just a starter.

It was kind of sad to hear that we wouldn't be able to use Trauma Team ourselves. I figured we wouldn't be able to join because the 3 player classes have been confirmed from the beginning but I always thought TT was a service we could buy.

I thought we could at least buy TT. I guess they want TT to service only parts of the game and if they were at our whim every time we were in trouble the story or gameplay elements might fall apart. Hopefully there’s a couple missions with them though

Its sad because it would probably be the most lore friendly way of dealing with death in the game. Rather then reloading a save, your character would simply wake up outside of a TT med center and might be near where they were killed or they might be miles away. but you could keep the game going continuously this way without breaking continuity. Considering how much effort they put into abolishing load screens, I am surprised they wouldn't want to deal with death this way.

It really does make sense and I guess they could drop you back at your “Last Saved Checkpoint” as well so you wouldn’t have to walk all the way back to your quest. Maybe they have something more intuitive planned however

They could make Med Centers the checkpoints of the game and just have them abundantly located in the world. I actually would prefer this because you might have to walk a bit to your quest but it makes avoiding death a valuable thing. Here is hoping that they follow your channel and see this thread and go with it :D

That would work too. I’m hoping they have something that works just as well but if not I’m going to tweet CDPR when it launches and say we had a better idea way back in the day 😜

I remember seeing the Maelstrom gang in the trailer and being really intrigued by their optic eyes! And they do look like they're very obsessive over cybernetics, especially, by the look of their design. I keep hearing you mention Cyberpsychosis and I'm automatically curious. I'll check out the video you did on that next xD

3:22 haven't finished the video yet so not sure if you mentioned the cab driver who is apparently a main character of some sort and he even has a name can't remember but the guys shown on wiki...something to do with guns pretty sure

It has to be June-July 2019, they have to release it in 2019 because of the government money they got + they recently said that they're a lot closer to the release date than they were when the trailer was first announced (Source: dude trust me)

Awhile back in one of your videos a post from developers was looked at. It was mentioned that V will not be able to join any of the factions. I wonder if this is still true. That statement certainly seem more ominous now that you have shown how interesting and developed each of them is lore wise.

I believe they’re pretty adamant about it. Factions can and will remember who you are though, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on if you screwed them over or not!

So can you have companions that make up for skills you don't have. Like female v isn't that strong but Jackie can lift a car. So I could have that "cool friend" so I look cool.
