Couple quick tips to add onto this fantastic guide You can sell/salvage all of the cosmetic items that you get in the game and they still show as options in the wardrobe. Once you have your wardrobe outfit equipped it’s locked in and you can put on those minor stat bump items as you see fit without affecting your look Also attachments on weapons can be changed at will but mods are one time use and can’t be removed

Thank you so much man, I was struggling and getting my butt kicked while doing the missions. I recently got the game yesterday on the PS5 and holy cow it's incredible! I've been roaming around a bit and doing story missions to help me progress.

Jumping back into CP2077 2.0 after 1.5 years since my completionist playthrough. Glad to get a new guide helping detail the new systems and mechanics. Will definitely be picking up the Phantom Liberty DLC once I get a bit further into the main storyline.

Wow! You have no idea how helpful this is. I've watched about 5 similar videos to this and they've confused the hell out of me, I've been like, this menu isn't where the video is showing me it is and that thing isn't the same on my game so it makes no sense. I've just realised after watching your video that so much has changed with the game since the updates, even the menu systems and perk trees have changed. I was thinking my game was broken but it's obviously not, it just isn't the same game as it was in some of these other tutorial videos from a few years back. This is an amazing video, with so many changes to the game, so many content creators are having to go back and redo some of their videos, builds, and what not. This is an amazing video, though i wish it went into builds just a little bit more. Theres so much to offer in this game its actually a little overwhelming.

Morning Choom. Despite having only just finished a 130 hr run I'm enjoying starting a new game. It has so many changes even before getting to Phantom Liberty. And PL is worth the wait. The story and characters are terrific and Dog Town is amazing. The combat is brutal again and the AI seems to have gone up a notch. Enemies flank more often and enemy netrunners load up much more different demons than before. Boss fights are back to being a true threat and the Chinera, wow. Also the way skills and perks work now I feel you become more a single class than a master of all as before. Playing as a Netrunner has been very fun (and powerful) but quite squishy. D&D wizard style. Can't sing its praises high enough.

Just started playing recently, not sure about cyberware or upgrading yet, but wjen you talk to some always use blue dialogues before the yellow. Do sidemissions and gcpd stuff, you level up alot. I have to meet Takemura on act 2, havent met him in like 30 hrs, got many loot and levelled up alot doing stuff.

The old skill tree overwhelmed me with options, and now that it’s been redone, I still don’t know how to build a character. Is there a right way to play this game or is any build viable?

8:03 thank youfor the video ive got maybe 25hrs ig and id have to diagree with this one. After about an hr total in creating character and changing clothes i finally realized you never see ypu character in action. Only see them when you go in menu or change clothes and thats all ive noticed. Run around butt naked and not one npc will say a word. So id have to say clothes optional. Keep upthe great work Wait i forgot you can see your character while on a bike n change view to 3rd person

I was hoping for some tips on how to get thru the early stages of the game to make money. I can't progress any further in the game, been playing for 3 days days. Every gig i take i get hammered by a swarm of guys because my weapons are sub par, so i cant do gigs to make money, what other money options are there? I have a few unfinished gigs, like taking out the Sasquatch for example, i dont have the weapons or health to take him or anyone else out!

I came for some help picking what attributes to start with and liked your idea of picking once in the game but before you proceed intk the game with unspent points a pop up text box comes and mentions "unspent attribute points will be lost and will not carrybover into the game." Thought I'd mention this, did they update the game to prompt this since?

Starting back again to experience the new changes but I’m wondering if I should start off before the heist on a save I made specifically for new games where I leveled up as much as possible doing everything in the starting area before doing the heist so I can start with the most street cred and level but now with this new update would I miss out anything important by doing this or should I go ahead and start brand new? Also when should I purchase the dlc how far into the game does it benefit you to have it

Somebody else have problem with scanning quest objects in phantom liberty? The part when you need battery from drone to restore power, the icon will not show up and i have tried to reloaded saves and start the Hole quest from start en it happens over and over again. Somebody Else? Need help please.

I can appreciate some people want to min-max their builds but honestly for me the most fun thing is making wrong decisions and instead of seeing them as mistakes, I see them as spicy guesses that make you adapt your gameplay. At the end of the day you can reroll once and reset a lot of stats. There are no wrong choices.

I have a fully maxed out V with all side quests completed and unlimited Eddie’s… I’m still not sure if I should continue with my character into Phantom Liberty or start over now. Any advise?

I just bought the game on steam and I can't be the only one overwhelmed. There's just so much and I don't have the time to synch like I did in college and highschool. I wan't to really like it but its starting to feel to big. I'll keep trying but part of me misses the days where I could beat a game in 8 hours lol. I'm sure they exist but there's no way they'd have this much polish. For me its going to be difficult to decide what tree I want to do I wish there was progression for me to do all of them.

All the backgrounds mesh well, it just changes small details, i found the one that gives you the most dialogue options throughout is corpo, street kid only did a couple things that i dont remember because it similar to what you could do as one of the other background just says something different. It really is just about what you want to get out of your play through. I am deciding to do another playthrough since i haven't done the newest stuff yet. My hard decision is what build I want to do. That always is the hard part for me though.

I have one question... This is going to be my first pc story game and I am very excited about it ... I know this game has a lot of diff endings so after completing the game can I restart the whole thing to experience all the endings ?

i started my second playthrough and unfortunately have experienced more bugs than my first, (my first play through was last year) my auto fixer never showed up, no cars on my map, when i get into my dlc vehicle or jackie's arch, i instantly get attacked by end game level netrunners who are really hard to deal, and also there are enemies on my map that are indestructible taking no damage at all..... all that being said i am about to just start the game over AGAIN because its that damn good and hope i just hope i dont encounter these bugs again

Should we do Takemura Gimme Danger, or Ghost Town or M’AP Tann Pelen, or do Phantom Liberty. Not found one KZfaqr covering this Question yet.

You forgot that you must keep the weapons you need and sell the rest. Just loot all enemies weapons if possible and sell them.

I LITERALLY just pulled the game down from a dusty shelf!

A few other bits of advice: Don't be in a rush to get through the main story line, especially at the beginning of the game. Before you see Dexter, before you see Evelyn, before you do the Pickup [or in between those meetings] , take the time to engage in some Police Scanner fights and get to know your weapons and increase your combat experience. There is a huge amount of variation here, and your play will be less effective and enjoyable if you just wing it with whatever weapon. There's a huge amount to explore and discover in this game. DO explore your Inventory...get to know it and use it. Don't ignore crafting weapons and mods and upgrading Iconic weapons. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the tutorial windows that pop up...they are giving you valuable information that you need to get the most out of your game. At the beginning of Act 2, see Takemura right away when he calls you. This unlocks several main quest lines. After that, take your time again to explore the expanded areas available to you. In the starting Character Creator, I recommend putting one point into each Attribute to get them all to 4, the basic level for each one. That leaves 2, which you can put wherever you like. Attribute points and Perks come quickly in the beginning of the game, don't forget to assign them as you collect them. At the same time, as you progress it's a good idea to have one or two Attribute points in reserve in case you need to bump up a particular Attribute for skill or strength check.

Man I’ve never been into rpgs but really like this one. I’m 35 and feel like an old man in this gaming world 😂😂😂 my wife randomly bought me a ps5 and 65inch tv. So I went and picked this up with god of war I’m great at god of war but struggle with this one.

15:08 trying to be spoiler free but theres a certain npcs car thats bad ass. The cettain npc played in a band but his car is nice. A lil hard to control with controller but manageable

I always felt nomad made the most sense when starting brand new, cus you’re an outsider to the city, and since most new players are new to the inner city, it feels right. Street kid felt strange to me because the opening of the game I didn’t know anything as the player, yet my in game character knew things I didn’t. If that makes sense.

When should I start the expansion ? Currently I have SPOILER Saved Evelyn from the factory, and currently scoping out Arasaka facility with Takimora, didn't pay Rogue the 15k yet

Im lil confused i need to do that amazing finishes so i need Cool points..... and in same time wanna be a netrunner that hack everything and destroy everyone while im 50m away... so i need an Intelligence points. also wanna take Body points so i can open any door and want Technical Ability so i can also open doors and more important to equip a lot of cyberwear... I'm happy that i dont know what Reflexes offers for me otherwise i'd be confused more

Started from the beginning... made it into dog town... then decided that i didn't like my character. So restarted the game lol. Felt like i rushed it too much. This is a very usual thing with me. I restart a lot, in most games :) (probably why i have logged 1331 hours in this game) Also, are you going to be checking out Nivalis and Vigilancer? Oh and editing is on point, very nice video.

Personally I believe that Corpo meshes the best with the story. V being screwed over by arasaka makes the heist make more sense. V would be more likely to accept a death wish heist if it meant getting back at them. It also makes it more believable for V to get along with Johnny. Just my opinion of course.
