Some awesome to see more cyberpunk red on your channel! Would love to see you guys tackle a cyberpunk campaign sometime. I am currently learning and killed a tree or 2 by printing out the whole rulebook so I can read it in bed at night.

At 1:53:00 the luck have to be spent before the roll, RAW you can't change a failure to a success spending a luck point after the roll

I've made a house rule that you can use luck after a roll for one-shots. Most of my players come from D&D where 'luck points' can be spent after so I just allow them to use after for the sake of ease. But yeah, I understand normally you would want to call using luck before the dice roll.

Just finished listening to the game. I loved what you did with the fey girl that was clever to have them make a choice like that! Also, 1 square is 2 meters in CPR, and 1 mov is 2 meters so 1 square, exactly what you did at the end. Looking forward to the next one!

A lot of people are house ruling the luck after the roll, cause sometimes it gets wasted cause you like crit or something and it becomes obsolete. I don't see why it's before, since you have a tiny pool of luck. I do come from Call of Cthulhu tho lol so makes more sense for me there.

@@AttilaVoices Cyberpunk tries to capture more realism. If you do something and fail in real life you can't say "I'm feeling lucky!" and change the result. The laws of the universe state that you must state you are feeling lucky first.

I would recommend the unofficial Cyberpunk RED discord, they have a good community there: discord.gg/ucDbPVX8Zt I feel like Discord communities are the best places to look for groups because there are many others actively seeking, as well. For D&D, the D&D Beyond Discord is a great place to looo

Interesting... I've been watching some other Cyberpunk RED videos. I've never seen or played a tabletop game before, always wondered where people saw the appeal in them especially in today's age of computer games. I used to think this wouldn't work, or would be boring. I am very much wrong in that regard, if my hours of binging RED playthroughs are anything to go by... Do people use real paper and dice to play at all anymore, or are they all computerized applications for that sort of thing now? Is it always played in a team, or can it be played solo? I just have so many questions lol- this is such a novel concept to me
