Every state that I’ve lived it’s the same rules…bicycles are vehicles of the road. They have the same rights and responsibilities as a motor vehicle. Unfortunately most motorists don’t see it that way or know the rules for cyclists and they consider us an annoyance. In some states your wheel size determines whether or not you can ride on the sidewalk.

Where the fuck is this cops advice to cars / motorists who are aggressive as fuck to cyclist? This is such a one way video that basically puts nearly all responsibility on the cyclist.

Different cities and towns in Arizona can have different laws. Some of cities speed limit over 35 mph and no bike lane bicycles can ride on the sidewalk on the right side of the road.
