I am a 66 year old woman just recovering from a heart attack and have always biked, been a fan of the Tour and all that. I was hating my Exercycle rides in cardiac rehab until I discovered this video. Thank you! I feel wonderful when I pup the music up and have this video running I my iPad. You are my inspiration!

Very fun to watch...and motivated me to get back on my exercise bike that has been collecting dust for the past couple of years.

I'm in South Eastern Michigan in the middle of another deep freeze. I really miss riding my local bike trail and the green outdoors. I'm new to training videos and I feel so lucky to have discovered them. Your video is fantastic. It feels so real and I feel alive again. Thank you!

Thank you! I walk/run on my treadmill, push the incline to higher numbers as you incline, and run when you are zipping down the mountain! So perfect!

Thanks for uploading this amazing video. I had it playing in front of me while on my turbo trainer. Excellent - much better than staring at a blank wall. Strangely I found it much easier to pedal when you were going downhill!!

Dear Mr Ryskamp, Have just relieved the tedium of a Southern Ontario winter with this marvellous ride. Thank you for this and others, which I'm using in my indoor training program. I am 80, and started cycling two years ago after hip replacements had stopped me running anymore. The roads I use are exactly like the back roads you travel, and I wonder if you could please tell me what kind of bike you use on them? I don't mean what brand, just the general category: road, commuter, trail. I ride a Jamis Allegro, which I believe is the commuter variety, because my son thought drop handlebars would be bad for my back; but I still have a yearning for something "younger"! Once again, thank you for your super videos!
